We celebrate the success of our customer and the launch of an innovative product! Belimo Automation AG is an innovative clean-tech company and world market leader in the development, manufacture and distribution of field devices for the regulation and control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. With the newly developed Belimo Energy Valve™, Belimo combines energy control and energy billing in one device. Because in addition to transparent monitoring and control of the heating or cooling system, which leads to high energy efficiency in the building, direct IoT-based cost billing is also possible. Reliable, efficient and accurate.

IMT helped shape the development of the Belimo Energy Valve™ by contributing our expertise in embedded firmware.

The dominant communication protocols in building automation, such as BACnet MSTP, Modbus RTU and MPS, were implemented by IMT on a real-time capable microcontroller.
